For almost 100 years, the Marrazzo family has produced pantry staples showcasing terroir from the regions of Italy. Each product from their 1934 Collection is inspired by the flavors of the past and natural preservation techniques cherished by founder Pasquale Marrazzo. To make their grilled peppers, Casa Marrazzo carefully selects red and orange peppers from Italian producers, then peels and grills them by hand before jarring and marinating the fillets in saltwater. The result? Vibrant, slightly crunchy spears that outshine the bland, mushy stuff you’ll find at grocery stores. You can even see subtle flecks of the char on each spear. Their fresh and earthy-sweet taste brightens sandwiches, salads, dips, soups and eggs—use them in virtually anything.

Ingredients: Red and Yellow Peppers, Water, Salt, Citric Acid
Place of Origin: Italy

Care: Store in a cool, dry place. Refrigerate after opening and use within three days.
How to Use: Chop the grilled pepper fillets to garnish flatbreads, salads or soups. Add them to your favorite sandwiches for a light crunch. We especially like them in shakshuka; add the peppers after the tomatoes have simmered to preserve the peppers’ crisp texture.
